I agree with that article 100%. I am recouperationg from minor back surgery. I was informed the disc herniation was from degenerative tissue, which I am told means old. Gosh, I am only 45 and in fairly decent shape at 5'11 and 170 lbs. I am gonna try and enjoy a little more rather than work more...
